  • Cancellation Policy: Kindly note that for all appointments booked with Jiva Salonspa, we are reserving time in our schedule exclusively for you. When canceling or rescheduling an appointment, we require at least 24-hours’ notice. If less than 24-hours’ notice is provided, we will require a credit card on file prior to booking your next appointment. Our system securely stores all information and your card will only be charged in the event of an appointment that is rescheduled, canceled, or no-showed with less than 24-hours’ notice. Moving forward, any appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 24-hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge for services booked. A no-call or no-show for an appointment will result in a 100% charge for services booked.
  • New Guest Policy: All new Jiva Salonspa guests are required to place a credit card on file to reserve an appointment. We kindly ask you to provide a 24-hour cancellation call to avoid additional charges. We are so excited for this opportunity to provide you with a look good, feel-good experience from your arrival to farewell!
  • Jiva Rituals: As an Aveda Lifestyle Salon and Spa, we always provide complimentary Aveda Sensory Rituals such as a stress-relieving scalp massage at the shampoo bowl and a stress-relieving hand ritual!
  • Level Pricing: At Jiva, we recognize every guest’s needs are unique to their personal goals and desires. Our level system helps you quickly decide which service is best for you. Each level represents a combination of tenure, skill, and provider preference within Jiva Salonspa. Level 1 service providers are our developing artists, whereas our higher Level providers have a more tenured skillset with Jiva.
  • We greatly appreciate your punctuality so that we may provide you and our other guests with the best experience possible.
  • To guarantee availability for your next appointment, we encourage our guests to schedule future appointments prior to leaving the salon and spa.
  • Our team of professionals supports one another if you would like to experience another service provider.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay.
  • Exchange/Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item, please note the following:
    • Eligibility: Exchanges and returns are accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date.
    • Process: All exchanges and returns will be processed as an in-store credit or issued as a Jiva Salonspa Gift Card.
    • Conditions: Items must be in their original condition and packaging with over 75% of the original contents remaining.

Downtown District Parking Map: Please note posted hours on all downtown parking, as each lot varies by the hour and time of day. Street and lot parking are available. Jiva Salonspa is not responsible for any incurred parking expenses while at the salon and/or spa.
