OUR COVID-19 RESPONSE

With the safety of our guests and team as the center of our organization, we want to share some of the additional safety measures currently in place.

From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for your continued flexibility, patience, and understanding.

 

IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION

+ To align with guidelines provided by the Iowa Department of Public Health, services will not be offered to or given by anyone who is sick or exhibiting signs of illness.

+ Kindly reschedule if you are feeling ill, have personally experienced symptoms, have been advised to self-quarantine, or have been around someone of the like.

+ If you prefer to wait in your car prior to your appointment, please call to check-in and we will let you know when your provider is ready. Please continue to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your Massage appointment to allow extra time for appointment prep.

+ To maintain a safe environment, masks are required inside Jiva Salonspa facilities. We encourage you to arrive wearing a mask but should you not have a mask readily available, we will provide one for you.

+ No additional guests will be permitted to sit-in on services.

+ Touch-free payment is strongly encouraged. Add a card on file when booking to provide a touchless checkout or pay via Apple Pay. No cash please – this includes tips.

+ E-mail receipts are encouraged. Paper receipts will only be provided per request.

+ Appointment availability is extremely limited. Should an emergency arise, please respectfully give us as much notice as possible should you need to cancel or reschedule.

 

SERVICE PROVIDER SANITATION REQUIREMENTS

+ Face Masks are required at all times

+ Handwashing before and after each guest

+ No Service Provider tools will be shared

+ Continued sanitation of all tools between guests

+ Shampoo bowl, chair, and partition will be sanitized after every use

+ Pedicure bowl, chair, and partition will be sanitized after every use

+ Facial partition available upon request

+ We’ve blocked off time in between guests to ensure thorough sanitation

+ Each provider has completed a mandatory Barbicide Certification Course
