Level Pricing
At Jiva we recognize every guest’s needs are unique to their personal goals and desires. Our level system helps you quickly decide which service is best for you. Each level represents a combination of tenure, skill, and provider preference within Jiva Salonspa. Level 1 service providers are our developing artists, whereas our higher Level providers may have a more tenured skillset with Jiva.
Scheduling
Every day we are grateful for our talented team and dedicated guests who keep them so busy! We want to make sure you have the best experience possible by encouraging you to pre-book 2 to 3 future appointments out at a time. This ensures you are seen regularly and that your appointments are at a time that is most convenient for you!
Payment
Kindly note that for all appointments booked with Jiva Salonspa, we are reserving time in our schedule exclusively for you! As a new guest, we require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. Your information is securely stored and will not be charged unless you cancel or no-show within 24 hours. We kindly ask you to provide a 24-hour cancellation call to avoid additional charges. Should you call and cancel less than 24-hours' notice, this will result in a 50% charge for services booked. Any no-call or no-show for an appointment will result in a 100% charge for services booked.
Downtown Parking
Located in the heart of the Downtown District, we are so grateful to be immersed and involved in the culture of our award-winning Main Street! When parking downtown, we ask that you mind the times posted for both street and lot parking as it varies by the hour and time of day. Downtown District Parking Map
Cancellation Policy
- First late cancellation or reschedule (with less than 24 hours’ notice):
We understand that unexpected things come up. For your first late change, no fee will be charged. However, we will require a credit card on file to book future appointments. Your card will be stored securely and will only be charged if future cancellations or changes fall outside our policy. - Any additional late cancellations or reschedules (with less than 24 hours’ notice):
A 50% fee of the scheduled service(s) will be charged to the card on file. - Missed appointments without notice (no-call/no-show):
The full 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged for any missed appointment without prior notice, regardless of whether it is the first occurrence or not. Missed appointments leave your provider with unfillable time and takes away the opportunity for another guest who may have enjoyed that spot. - We truly appreciate your understanding and support. These guidelines help us respect the time of both our team and our guests. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to talk through them!
