Person of Character
On August 1, 2025, we had the incredible honor of joining others from across the state to celebrate our Bill Bradford, as he was recognized as the Person of Character at Drake’s Annual Iowa Character Awards. This well-deserved recognition is a testament to Bill, his wife Lisa, their family, and our organization’s unwavering integrity, inspiring leadership, and the lasting impact they’ve had on the lives of so many. We are beyond proud to see Bill’s character and contributions celebrated in such a meaningful way. Congratulations, Bill! Your vision, heart, and example continue to lead the way.
Gift of Philanthropy
The celebrating continues as we congratulate Bill Bradford and his wife Lisa. In November of 2023, Bill and Lisa, along with their family, were awarded the Gift of Philanthropy Award in recognition of their fundraising efforts for the new Hospitality House Warming Shelter. Collectively, the Bradford Family raised more than $240,000 to support the purchase and renovation of the new warming shelter in Waterloo, IA.
Heroes Among Us
Jiva is so incredibly proud of Jiva Salonspa's Owner, Bill Bradford. With the support of his family, Bill and his wife Lisa, were able to raise over $240,000 in donations for a new warming shelter in Waterloo, Iowa.
Their efforts earned them the 2022 Heroes Among Us Community Service Award. Bill Bradford and his family, truly lead Jiva by example of how to Elevate Our Communities.
