All of our relaxing massage and body experiences are performed with you lying flat on your back. We do provide pillows to place beneath your neck or knees to help ease minor discomfort. This insight is simply to provide you with extra transparency for those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any health concerns that may create discomfort while lying for longer period of times. Out of an abundance of caution, we do not perform prenatal massages on anyone under 12 weeks of gestation.
